It was simply excellent. It cost more than I usually pay on road trips, but I don’t begrudge that. It was certainly value for money. I had a sea view room. The weather didn’t cooperate, a little showery, but the view was still lovely. The only slight negative was the lack of elevators, but I knew that in advance, and I suspect the site itself would make it impossible to install. I’m almost 76 and had no difficulty managing my luggage. Parking was available on different levels, so there wouldn’t be too many stairs to negotiate. Once again, it’s a lovely place.

Limani is well positioned and great price for basic accommodation. The view is amazing seaside. The sheets are clean however the smell of detergent/bleach can be quite overwhelming when coming into the room. Once it is aired it is ok.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING VIEW ON TOP FLOOR WITH BED FACING OUT TO SEA. THE PLAIN EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING BELIES WHAT LIES INSIDE. A SPACIOUS CLEAN WELL LAID OUT ROOM THAT ENCAPSULATES THE SEA VISTA WITH ALL THE AMENITY YOU NEED. MUCH THOUGHT HAS GONE INTO OUTFITTING THE LODGINGS FOR YOUR STAY. BY WAY OF EXAMPLE, TOWELS WERE OF 6 STAR QUALITY, LARGE AND LUSCIOUS! JUST BE CONSCIOUS THAT THE MOTEL IS. MANNED 9-5, WHICH DID NOT WORRY US AT ALL.

Wow! What spectacular views! We enjoyed a peaceful night away in this beautiful, clean and comfortable room! Large spa bath overlooking the bay definitely a highlight. Staff were very friendly and prompt which made for an ease check in/out. Highly recommend!

It’s a fairly new & modern motel, located on the fringe of the downtown area. The room is spacious and clean, with comfortable beddings, USB charging port, microwave oven & wash sink, facing north with great ocean view through the front window. It’s a little 10 mins walk to the local shops & restaurants, we are very happy with our stay in there. However, the day before checking in, I received a text message “what time you will check in? The reception is closed by 5.00pm”. It sounds like pressing us to check in before 5.00pm. We rushed all the way from Ceduna to Port Lincoln on the day, dropped off a few sightseeing spots, etc. trying to make this 5.00pm deadline, then I received a phone call around 4.00pm on the day, asking for security deposit credit card number, meanwhile, advising me that we can check in after 5.00pm as long as security deposit is taken. We wish we had known this earlier, so that we hadn’t had to miss so many things along the way.

The sea view was amazing and the rooms where good size and clean. The curb from the top car park to the main road was too steep and scratched my rental car.

We had never been to Port Lincoln before and we loved it. The accommodation was great and the view was to die for. Staff was very helpful to find the best places around town to eat. Definitely be back. Great job 👏

The 2 bedroom unit was expensive but dissapointing. Second bedroom has too much light from the passageway and no fan. Balcony was overlooking water but also another room so no privacy.

Just Okay??? Absolute waterfront. Beautifully appointed. The average rating for this apartment for the previous 12 months have been 5/5 . I feel that this apartment may have been out of your budget hence the negative comments. I will send you some of the more budget Motels in Port Lincoln to stay. We do not place very much credibility on someone who hides behind "anonymous". You also fail to give any example of "poor" customer service. We are the highest rated Motel in Port Lincoln for a reason. We pride ourselves on our customer service. If a guest has reason for concern it is dealt with immediately. If your budget does not allow you to stay in a quality Motel, I am more than willing to give you some other options. Safe travels!

Hi I am assuming you stayed at our Motel. Our cleaners are meticulous as are our rooms. We have never had a complaint of spider and webs around the room. Upon seeing this review I had our girls go over every room and then was simply no evidence of this in any rooms. Glad apart from these you enjoyed your stay. All the best, Gary Manager

A gem of a place
We stayed 2 nights here so we could go shark cage diving. It was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations. A short walk to the centre of town, we had a quiet space overlooking the bay. Easy to access and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The property was nice and clean, comfy beds and very friendly helpful staff, however, it’s on a main road so a lot of traffic noise all night combined with the lights outside our room on all night made it hard to sleep. Also rooms aren’t serviced at all on weekends, which we weren’t aware of (for the price we would’ve expected our room serviced)

Hi Mark, Thanks for taking the time to write a review.4/5 is not bad but we aim for 5"s. Sometimes if you are a light sleeper your concerns could be an issue but generally speaking we have very few complaints. The rooms are not serviced on the weekends but as you would have been aware on entering your room you only need to ask and we will bend over backwards to supply anything you required.
