Located 50 meters from the beach and 350 meters from the resort center, in the quiet beach area, the "Le Splendor" Residence is a 4-story building.

This vacation apartment, located on the 2nd floor, includes a living room with a double sofa bed, a sofa and television, a fully equipped kitchenette, a sleeping alcove with bunk beds, and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a toilet.
