Detached semi-detached house, located 80m from the beach and 500m from the resort center, in a quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance of the sea.

This holiday home includes a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and television, a fully equipped kitchen, a ground-floor bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, and upstairs a second bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed. The mezzanine has two single beds. There is also a bathroom and two toilets, one of which is separate and located on the ground floor.

The advantages of this holiday rental: a large terrace with garden furniture, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one on the ground floor and one upstairs), and a washing machine and dishwasher.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
