this is not our first time staying at the baymont, but i believe it may be our last. the beds are significantly less comfortable than we remember from our prior stays, so my husband and i could not sleep at all during our trip. the appliances have also not been updated, so the microwave burnt our popcorn without even popping it. we requested a linen change, and was told they do their cleaning around 9am, so we made sure we were gone a majority of the day, come back to find nothing was done. they did not get to our room until 5pm, to which we needed to decline as we were getting ready to leave the next day
