"This Hampton Inn is truly home away from home, from the manager down, Lorna is the manager and is onsite daily, and the young lady who worked the counter I am drawing a blank for her but she always wear beautiful braids and has the greatest personality is always checking to make sure your visit is going well, Tiffany also works the front desk and she is simply amazing always positive and very approachable young lady, and then you have Mother Helen running the breakfast operation she is wow the greatest person you’ll ever meet in life just so sweet and very real, kind, and professional all at the same time and finally their maintenance/Housekeeping team are amazing always looking for ways to make you comfortable whether providing clean towels daily or room cleaning services they are awesome my wife and I stayed at this property for 7 days and it is just like being at home Thanks Team you guys Rock✝️❤️"

"This property is very out dated. It is need of upgrades. But if you a looking for a cheap stay and convenience then perhaps this can work. Please note that the breakfast is not worth mentioning. It's a pack of outmeal and teabags. Not even bagels, donuts or anything like that. A few pieces of fruit. There was some muffins but when I tried eating it was so stale and dry I almost choked."

"Do not stay here!!! First, I wasnt sure if the bed linens had been changed and we asked for clean washclothes and towels and never received them. You usually see hotel cleaning staff in the halls in the mornings but I NEVER seen any staff the whole trip and they do not clean your room during the day. I was traveling with my teenaged and adult daughter, and the first night our neighbors in room 311 were partying loudly and then loudly having sex all night. It was so loud it felt like they were in the same room. I barely got any sleep the first night and I had to sleep with the television on just to avoid hearing the couple next door banging against the wall oohing and awing during their sexual excapade. Plus the bathroom was not very clean. The area behind the toilet, the baseboards, and the actual floor were filthy. There also was NO HOT WATER when showering, it was luke warm at best. The toilet seat also did not fit the camode. It was cocked to one side so you had to be mindful when using the facilities so your leg is not touching the toilet lip/rim. The pool was not very warm either. The water was extremely cold and intolerable, so our the trip to the pool was very brief."

"We came for the pool. I book rooms on travel so my kiddo has a place to swim but the heater was broken. It was really cold. We tried but couldn’t. Never saw anyone else in the pool during the couple days we were there. Would be worth mentioning at check in that it’s an unheated pool when people are inquiring about the pool hours/towels specifically. Other than that everyone was lovely "

"I was totally disappointed with the condition of this Holiday Inn Express. I always stay at one while traveling, however, I have to take this location off of my list. While the staff were totally pleasant and kind, the main foyer nice and clean, the facility needs a serious UPGRADE! To start, the lighting in the room was not sufficient, the bathroom lighting was very dim - only one light in the shower section and one around the mirror. The water pressure was not good at all. It barely came out of the sink and took a long time to get warm. When you entered the room where the beds are located there is a huge closet. This is indeed a harzard and took up much need space in the room. The furniture is dated. The shower needs updating and the wifi was horrible! I'm sure management is aware of the issues with this property and should take this complaints serious. They need to upgrade this location if they are to continue charging the prices they do to stay here. They really are giving the Holiday Inn Express brand a bad name. Seriously......"
