Everything was fine, from check in to check out. Receptionist was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of local amenities. Room has modern heating but took a little while to warm up because of the concrete walls. The telly has a good selection of channels.

The room was nice and spacious with a kitchenette, they also had breakfast included. A big update from when I had worked here.👌I've lived in Port Hardy almost my whole life, since moving, we would get hotels every now and then when visiting. Anyway, we chose here for the kitchenette, which was nice to not spend a lot on dining out. They did have continental breakfast as well. The staff were super welcoming and friendly, which is a big up after traveling. We had my niece and nephew stay with us and they were all so sweet and patient with them. Though its a bit away from town, I'm sure we would stay again.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and hasn’t been updated a bunch, but it is quiet and clean and comfortable. The onsite Indian restaurant was delicious. Convenient laundry facilities. I found this place really nice and was glad I stayed.
