"This property was beautiful and very welcoming and cozy. It had everything a person could ask for. Comfortable beds and great amenities in the kitchen. We didn't use the laundry facilities, but they looked fine. Nice private deck. No stairs whatsoever with a covered carport right next to the front door. Clean, easy to use barbecue. The wood stove threw great heat during our rainy stay. Kathryn was a great host, very pleasant, communicated well and had great recommendations for things to do in the area. We would highly recommend this location and home. Convenient amenities in the area."

"The Villa was a gem. Modern building with the top of the line furnishings and appliances. Bright floor to ceiling south facing windows looking onto the valley below. Huge acreage for a quiet relaxing setting and fabulous vacation stay to unwind and explore the Annapolis Valley wineries from this 'home base'. Would be definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful views and great coastline character. Great for seaside firepit. Clean and well done space. Great for peace and quiet relaxation. We had our two goldens as well, who loved the waterfront and local trail. Little extras were noteworthy. Do note there’s no washer/dryer for doing laundry so pack enough. Lovely stay and happy to recommend and stay in the future. "
