As you enter, the first bedroom sits to the right — featuring a queen bed, built-in robes, radiator heating, and views over the street.

To the left, the home opens into an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the expected appliances, a large pantry, and ample bench space for preparing meals. The dining table comfortably seats six, while the living area invites you to unwind on a large L-shaped couch in front of the heater, with a ceiling fan overhead for the warmer months.

From the kitchen, step outside to a private internal courtyard and decking area — perfect for evening BBQs or enjoying a glass of wine at the undercover bar table. The external laundry, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, is conveniently accessed via this outdoor space.

The main bathroom has a walk-in shower with toilet. Next to the bathroom you will find the second bedroom with Queen bed, radiator heating and built in robe.

The property was well maintained and nicely furnished. Right in the heart of Pt Fairy, so easy, walkable access to the main streets, shops and cafes. A very short drive to a variety of beaches.
