With stunning ocean views and a modern interior, there is nowhere else you'd rather be than at Swimmer’s Rest. Wake up to a picturesque sunrise over Pea Soup Cove and plan the day’s activities with the kids over breakfast. This is the stuff dreams are made of and truly a place where every day is a holiday!

The 3 bedroom house sleeps 6 and includes a spacious master bedroom with Queen Bed, and 2 rooms both with 2 Single Beds. You'll wake up totally refreshed after a good night’s sleep on the luxurious pillow topped mattresses. You can catch up on reading in the spacious lounge room, relax and unwind in the sun-room or soak up the sun across the road at the beach.

Swim, surf, snorkel, fish or simply relax on the beach with a book, there is always plenty to do. For the more adventurous, go cycling, walking or running in any of the many parks and reserves. Cozy house with excellent ocean view

Lots of indoor space to relax and enjoy the ocean views. Would be excellent for a family or group of 6! It even has a great little backyard with tables to sit out and enjoy the fresh ocean air!

Wonderful beachside getaway

A fantastic property right on the beach! Had everything we needed for a short winter getaway. Was wonderful to be cozy and warm while listening to the waves roll in on the beach. Bedrooms were spacious, mattresses were comfy - only drawback was no fitted sheets on the beds.

Term 3 holiday getaway

We absolutely loved staying in this house. Cosy in September, fabulous views. Great location, quiet but not too far from town. Lovely sun room to warm up in after a late afternoon dip in the ocean. Beautiful garden out the back. Felt very homely, immaculate and all you could need.

We loved this house, to open the curtains and see the sea was just lovely and to cook in the kitchen watching the sun go down was enchanting. Clean, comfortable and a good location, walking distance into town .Everything you need for a good holiday break, would be happy to come back.

A immaculately clean property in a fantastic location. This property had everything we needed for a lovely weekend away. We spent more time than planned inside watching the waves roll in, and playing an array of boardgames that were on offer. Will definitely return for another relaxing stay. Relaxing short getaway

We had a wonderful time At swimmers rest. Was too short but we were very impressed with the house and loved the gas log fire that kept us toasty n warm. The kitchen was very well equipped and the views amazing!!! We will certainly be back again. Thankyou very much

- The place was not as good as advertised ! It was run down and lacked care and maintenance. -Ceilings with cobwebs and peeling paint at the dinning area. -Dusty as if no one staying there for a while. -The pillows are so soft that they sunk under our heads. -They only gave 4 bags of tea and instant coffee with a little carton of milk which only enough to make tea for 4 cups ! -No shampoo for hair wash -2 facial towels for 4 persons …. Only good thing that it has a sea view!

Right on the beach.

We stayed for 8 days at this location with family members, of which two came from Holland on Holiday to Australia. The other 4 were one family. Location was great and it took only some 5 minutes by car to go to the shops and centre of Port Fairy. There is plenty to do in Port Fairy and surround, like Warrnambool, Towerhill, Port Campbell and other locations. The house was clean and the open space of kitchen, dining and sitting lounge worked well for a family of 6. There was no shortage of anything and even cooking your own dinner was not a chore as all implements were available. Age of our group was 48 years to 83 years. We all enjoyed our stay at this location and loved the sound of the sea and waves.

Great comfortable house with a great location

We had a fantastic stay at Swimmers Rest. Although we had some issues with no hot water or gas for a day, but as we were busy doing other things it worked itself out and we had no troubles after that

Much enjoyable with prime position

Thankyou for accepting our last minute booking. We were doing most of what we wanted to do in Warnambool but the 25 minute commute was worth it for staying in such a lovely spot with excellent ocean views within Port Fairy! Couches were comfortable but could do with some cushions (I am pregnant and find hard to get comfortable and my mother a bad back so we just used pillows from the bedroom). But that is a minor thing on the big scale of things - just some constructive feedback! Heating excellent and filtered through to the bedrooms with no issue (we were concerned re no heating/electric blankets in bedroom). More than comfortable! It was also nice to go sit out the back in the "sun room" for a bit of a change. My brother lives in Warnambool so we will be up in the area again and definitely sure to stay here again :-)
