We had a lovely stay in Port Fairy. The house was everything we needed for a relaxing few days with family.

Comfortable beach house with a beautiful view

Great spot, nice walk to town and really short walk to beach. House has a lovely kitchen lounge area with view across to the ocean and nicely renovated bath rooms and bedrooms. A nice back yard & dog friendly.

Amazing views

This home was just perfect for a much needed break and pet friendly get away with the kids, to relax and recharge. The Ocean is literally at the doorstep, rock pools, great parks for walking, the home was clean, bedding and linen comfortable and fresh, great kitchen space and with a great space to throw a ball around with the dog or kick the footy in the fenced yard. Thank you, lovely memories and just what I needed!

Perfect vacay home by the beach

We had a great long weekend at Rocky Point, with members of three families. Great view from the main lounge and balcony, overlooking the beach. House was well-appointed and had all we needed for a family stay. Would stay here again.

Excellent beachside accommodation

Absolutely spot-on accommodation for families wanting to be close to the beach and also have their pet with them. The outside look of the property doesn't do justice to the internal - Fabulous views from the upstairs living area and main bedrooms as well as the downstairs living area . Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking requirements, cutlery, appliances etc. but no dryer in the laundry. We stayed during 2nd week of Easter school hols and the weather was atrocious unfortunately, so even though the upstairs heater worked very well for the living area, it didn't reach the bedrooms and it was very cold - there are extra blankets provided though. Downstairs, the heating was totally inadequate and was just too cold to be down there. Very draughty, due to the open stairwell. The stairs are difficult as they have a spiral turn half-way up which was difficult for me (70 yrs) so I spent most of my time upstairs. But, overall our family of 8 people really enjoyed the home and would recommend for families. If it wasn't for the stairs we would all definitely come back again.

Great house

Fantastic house right near pea soup beach and 15mon walk to town. Living/main bedrooms are upstairs but there is a door to close off staircase which is fantastic for toddlers

Close to beach, comfortable.

This house has a great location near pea soup bay. Perfect swimming and playing for kids. It fit us well apart from a couple of small issues below. Sleeps 12 and we were a group of 10 The washing line collapsed while we were there and was replaced very quickly. It could do with more kitchen items, ie coffee plunger and grater. Also the table seats 8 only and we were 10 which was the same for the outdoor areas too. All in all a positive stay.
