Bedroom 1 features a luxurious King bed, offering ultimate comfort. Bedroom 2 has a cozy Queen bed, while Bedroom 3 is ideal for families, equipped with a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top), and an additional floor mattress for extra guests.

The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to cook and entertain, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The living space includes a large smart TV, reverse cycle air conditioning/heating, and ceiling fans in both the dining and living rooms for year-round comfort and bean bags for extra lounging. The second bathroom has also been renovated, featuring a stylish open shower and a laundry area complete with a washing machine and dryer.

The property boasts both open and enclosed backyard areas, offering plenty of space for your family and even your pet. Enjoy outdoor dining under the covered patio, complete with a family-sized Webber Q BBQ, perfect for relaxed meals.

• Dishes must be washed and all food scraps placed in the rubbish.
• Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the property.
• Shoes off at the door, please.
• No food or drinks on the couches.
• Use coasters for hot pots. Damage to the dining table will incur replacement charges.
• Check-in from 3pm / Check-out strictly 10am. Please contact us if you require different times.
• Message host on arrival and departure to assist with staff coordination.
• No smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.
• Take care with spills on floors to avoid slips and property damage.
• Dispose of rubbish correctly:
