Clean and comfortable

Lovely property, well maintained and very clean. Friendly staff. Only negative for us was with the one evening meal we had at the property. My husband ordered the fillet steak (which was very expensive), when it arrived - it was not a fillet steak, very thin piece of steak - overcooked and dry. This cut of meat also had a fat cap around it - brought it to the attention of the owner/manager, not sure which. Blamed his butcher, but did not offer to reduce cost - poor response we thought to a legitimate issue. Food in general was overpriced - I would stay again but would not use the restaurant facilities

Sehr private und ruhige Unterkunft in einem Villenviertel. In 15 Min.kann das Meer zu Fuss erreicht werden, ohne eigenes Auto ist die Fortbewegung Richtung City aber nur per Taxi möglich.

Great service!

After booking the incorrect dates the staff were incredibly accommodating and made every effort to assits me in amending my bookings. On arrival they were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Quite by the beach

Great location. Wonderful staff. Really relaxed environment. Good solid breakfast. Nice room ie suite. Others are small. WiFi not so strong. Jacuzzi bath in suite 5 not working.

Hübsches Hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Die Managerin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das restliche Personal war zwar freundlich, allerdings nicht aufmerksam und schlecht über die Gegend informiert. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Allerdings ist die Beschreibung bei Expedia etwas fehlleitend. Es heißt, das die Zimmer mit einen Balkon oder "Pattio" ausgestattet sind. Wir haben extra die höhere Zimmerklasse gewählt, haben aber keinen Balkon oder Pattio bekommen. Stattdessen war unser Zimmer direkt an den Parkplätzen und neben der Küche (Küchenlärm) gelegen. Dies war etwas enttäuschend, zumal das Hotel so gut wie leer war.

What a find. Peaceful and real comfort.

Perfect in every way. Arrived tired after 24 hours travelling. Wonderful peaceful tasteful and lovely helpful staff. Afternoon at the wall surrounded pool( good in windy PE) and then a beautiful valentine meal. Super comfy bed so woke refreshed. Will certainly e back.

Vi blev lurade på rummets storlek, fick 10 kvadratmeter+ ett litet badrum utan dörr. Efter diskussion fick vi ett rum i markplan utan uteplats, stort med kök men även där saknades dörr på toalett och badrum. Blev kompenserade med gratis frukost, men stämningen blev aldrig bra.

Ett mycket bra val

Bodde en natt och skulle gärna bott flera i detta vackra gamla hus. Romantiskt och lugnt. Ligger i ett villaområde och man behöver ta bil till restauranger och shopping. En långpromenad tar dig ner till havet.god frukost.mycket prisvärt!!!

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. It was a nice room and nice a quiet. The location was great too! Only a short walk from the shops and beach. I would def stay there again if I ever visit Port Elizabeth again. Was a very pleasant experience. thanks
