Sea views were mostly hidden behind the salt spray on the windows and even then it was just a glimpse if you stand right at the window. Room was spacious but noise from showers and taps did carry through to the bedrooms.

The location and the room where nice, the checkin process however was strange. We arrived at 13.00 about an hour before before official checkin and we were told we had to wait until 14.00 which is fine. We got asked to wait in the lobby and returned at 14.00 when we were told the room wasn't ready. They had no explanation or seemed apologetic and just sent us to the lobby again to wait. After another hour around 15.00 the room was ready and we got given the key.
Next thing was that the breakfast organization was very clumy for a buffet. Constantly having to keep asking for restock of bread/milk/fruit and things like that.
The rooms are great with lovely views towards the sea. We would stay here again but would eat out. The buffet needs to be avoided! Despite being there an hour after the buffet opened the food was either cold or had run out When I said to the chef that the veggies were cold he took one out by hand, felt it and then returned it to the tray! If that’s what is done in public what happens in the kitchen?
This is very run down hotel that needs a complete renovation. The internet only works half of the time and even when working it is slow. There is a nice pool, but it only has two deck chairs and closes at 6pm.
On the bright side, the staff is fantastic! Everyone is really nice and making the best of bad owners.
Superb service from the reservations team, special thanks to Tashne who was very patient and efficient in handling all our queries even prior to arrival. Loft suite was lovely though may not recommend it to families with toddlers more for safety reasons. Room service was slower than expected, took almost more than hour to arrive - can be improved. Carpets in room doesn’t feel fresh & clean. Needs much improvement on this one.
It was an amazing experience indeed. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. The only snag was that my confirmation number could not be found though I made payment on 05 April 2018. I had to make another payment for the same period. I was charged twice and still waiting for a refund.
My booking was cancelled when I reached your hotel. Upon confirmation I was told it was not paid to although I showed the receptionist proof of bank notification. He said if it does not show that I paid I will have to pay again. The room was not made up example the dustbin was dirty the cups were dirty th bed was not made up. It could have been a mistake on my side but breakfast was not booked. However I paid for breakfast but nothing halal was available. I was told that you don’t accomodate for halal.
We had an issue getting to the hotel, due to mud slides in the area where we were traveling, and the hotel refuse to allow us to cancel or refund us. This is so insensitive and inconsiderate! Only in Marriott! This was my first time staying at a Marriott property. I should’ve never thought that Marriott would live up to Hilton standards!! I am a Hilton Diamond VIP member and I will remain, as such!

Amazing room (loft with mezzanine, sea view), but facilities advertised not on par compared to the price you pay: gym, pool etc.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
I think the rooms are very basic . Our first room had a nasty smell and the carpets were quite dirty, the bed was not good. We were given another room which was better , but not amazing. . We went to check out the breakfast buffet, which was terrible. The pastries looked unappetizing as did the fruit . The staff were helpful. Overall a disappointing hotel . I think lots can be done to improve the standards.
PE is a very nice place to take a break and to relax. The hotel in general was nice and clean. The staff at the front desk can be trained to at least acknowledge the visitors instead of them all just starring at their computers. The only real friendly people were Charrol- Anne(front desk - very helpful and professional), Kaya (Lounge bar - very polite and friendly) and the cleaners we saw in the passages. I also feel that room rates was slightly overprised especially at that time of the year when the schools has started and there wasn't a lot of guests. I also feel that the rooms can have much better quality coffee. The Ciro coffee presented was not very tasty and the milk also not enough - especially if you look at the room rate. In general we had a blast and enjoyed PE to the full. Thank you.
