Villa 5 Marlin Terraces

Refitted, refurnished and ready to welcome guests, this conveniently located apartment is within comfortable strolling distance of town (500 metres), the beach (700 metres) and marina (700 metres).

Built over two levels, 5 Marlin Terraces comprises two bedrooms; two ensuite bathrooms; a light, bright, open plan living and dining space; large kitchen; covered balcony; full laundry; and covered parking for one car. Property also have a queen pull out sofa bed that can be booked at an additional cost.

Both bedrooms are large and feature comfortable carpeting, air conditioning, ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. Privacy is also assured with one bedroom downstairs and one up. Bedrooms can be configured either with 1 Queen bed and 2 Singles or 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed.

Both ensuites come complete with a wall-length shower, toilet and contemporary single vanity.

Fully optioned for a comfortable holiday stay, the kitchen is fitted with a freestanding oven/cooktop, microwave, fridge, excellent storage and bench space and all your small appliances, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Timber-look hybrid flooring adorns the air conditioned lounge and dining space that opens onto a breezy balcony with barbeque for an alfresco dining option.

And if you don’t feel like heading out to the beach, the shared onsite pool will keep you cool and refreshed.
