Lovely clean room & ammenities, it stated it had a kitchenette, which it didn't, it had a microwave, fridge & kettle. You had to wash up cups ect. in one of the bathroom sink. Pillows unfortunately didn't smell very nice. I had to buy linen spray to disguise it.

Very Good - Great pool. Easy living. Good place for a break. Food great. Staff great. Host Great.
The resort is good, a little dated but this is more than made up for by the great, friendly & helpful staff. Excellent swimming pool (one of the best resort pools for kids/adults together I've been to). The food is very good quality and easy to navigate (you can eat right next to the pool). 5 min drive to town (parking V easy right outside the main entrance - always spots available). Our host Zoe (& Lois) were 100% available, attentive & helpful with no delays. Recommend for adults + kids as it is V kid friendly. I stayed with my 5 year old and he loved it & I enjoyed the stay V much. Adam.

Perfect for what we needed
Great little spot for a long weekend getaway. We didn’t spend much time in the room, but it came equipped with the daily essentials and more. The resort has been fantastic. Reception is very help when booking shuttles, feeding the barramundi fish, etc. The location of the restaurant could not be more convenient when needing a bite after an afternoon in the pool. The resort isn’t right downtown, but it is extremely close to the quiet part of 4 Mile Beach! Also, check out Choo Choos just down the street. It’s amazing!

Beautiful resort, exactly what the description lists.
Toiletries like toilet paper were light on, asked for you to take all rubbish but no bins are provided in the resort. Listed as free wifi, but it's in selected areas not in the room. Would of been nice to have spare towels so you can wash 1 set while using the other. Did have some issues with bugs but probably heat related.

Paradise in Port Douglas

very good value, full access to the resort but paying a small fee for the gym though it isn’t great anyway. Room was good except the air con didn’t seem to work properly on the last two days which made it a bit hard to sleep at night.

Fantastic place to stay for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday
I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 night stay at Ramada. The facilities and ambience of the resort are great. Enjoyed eating at the restaurant and found the menu very good and the quality of the food was excellent. Our room was in an excellent position and the only negatives were that the carpet needed steam clean as it had a few stains from spills and there was no hairdryer. There was every utensil and crockery available but you had to wash them in the bathroom basin. Overall great value for money and an enjoyable stay.
