Hennessy Beach House at Port Campbell is a charming 70’s-style retreat on a spacious block in the heart of Port Campbell. Just minutes from the beach, main street, local restaurants, and cafes, this cozy beach house offers 3 bedrooms—2 with queen beds and 1 with a double bunk. Enjoy a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, and a comfortable lounge with a fireplace. The home features 1 bathroom and an additional separate toilet. We look forward to welcoming you to this relaxing getaway!

The home is a quintessential (old) beach house, offering all the creature comforts you need for a relaxing stay. Clean, spacious, and comfortable, it features three separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, and an additional toilet for extra convenience. Enjoy the large front deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and catching a glimpse of Port Campbell Bay. We’re happy to welcome your pet, with a generous backyard ideal for play, complete with a fire pit (BYO wood). Please note that the yard is not enclosed.

You have access to the whole main house, there is a bungalow out the back that is private use only.

The house is a beach shack, made in the 1940s, we have made it as comfortable as we can :)
🏡 House Rules
• No parties or events.
• Leave the house as you found it. Extra cleaning fees may apply if left untidy.
• Dishes must be washed and all food scraps placed in the rubbish.
• Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the property.
• Shoes off at the door, please.
• No food or drinks on the couches.
• Use coasters for hot pots. Damage to the dining table will incur replacement charges.
• Check-in from 3pm / Check-out strictly 10am. Please contact us if you require different times.
• Message host on arrival and departure to assist with staff coordination.
• No smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.
• Take care with spills on floors to avoid slips and property damage.
• Dispose of rubbish correctly:
• Red lid → General waste
• Purple lid → Glass
• Green lid → Food scraps & garden waste
• Yellow lid → Recycling
• Report any damage immediately. Additional fees may apply.
