The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They have good recomendatuons for place to eat or get coffee. Everytime i can back to the hotel they would say hi and welcome back. Me and my daughter thoight it was really neat seeing a robot roaming the halls vacuuming. Great views on the roof balcony

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were amazingly soft. The hotel provided us with 2 amazing robes. The gas fireplace made our room feel cozy and romantic. Our city view room was great! We were able to see the Space Needle building from our window. The 67 restaurant has a fantastic view. The food was delicious! Making reservations is a must! The coffee shop has very good coffee and Chai tea. The only downside is that it closes early. We had a wonderful time in Seattle! :)

Staff is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately the room was dirty, including food remnants on numerous surfaces and bathrobes with visible stains. Not good enough for a Fairmont, probably won't come back.

This property was really nice and pretty clean , and super dog friendly, but the front desk was so rude, no hospitality whatsoever. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. Parking was basically $200 added on extra to the total.

Had only one elevator going, no coffee in the room. They only have coffee from 4-7am then you have to go to the restaurant and buy coffee. The restaurant is closed on sundays and the staff at the desk was not very helpful at all.

Staff is very attentive, welcoming and helpful. Clean, clean, clean hotel! Comfy bed. Lots of extras. The bikes were free and good quality. The rooftop patio was a nice bonus! Good value and close to many things downtown. Highly recommend this hotel!
