Ideally located 200 meters from the beach, it can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 1,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
First floor
- A lovely 45m2 living room with a large lounge, TV and spacious dining area,
- A fully-equipped open kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with bath and walk-in shower
- Cellar with dressing area, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, raclette machine, crepe maker.....
- Separate WC

Upstairs, a mezzanine offers additional relaxation space for adults and children, with a wide selection of comics. It gives access to the following rooms:
- A bathroom with shower, WC
- Bedroom 1 and 2 : with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2), a child's bed and a well-equipped playroom area with a library of children's books and board games.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- An enclosed, private garden of 1,000 m² with a 10 m² south/south-west-facing terrace and furniture to enjoy the fine weather, as well as beach toys for children and outdoor games for adults.

The house is ideally located in Denneville plage, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
