L'endroit est situé au centre de Pétion-ville, facile pour le déplacement, personnel courtois Johanna, Leila, le petit déjeuner est appétissant et bien présenté dans des emballages, dès 6h30 on peut se réveiller pour prendre le petit déjeuner il y a deja quelqu'un sur place pour prendre la commande, il y a un restaurant qui est sur place ou on peut déguster des bons plats, Mne Viviane la propriétaire est a l'écoute des clients, elle s'est entretenue plusieurs fois avec moi pour me demander si tout va bien pour moi, j'avais besoin un service au bar, malgré le restaurant était déjà fermé, elle m'a proposé d'ouvrir le bar-restaurant pour pouvoir faire ma commande. Excellente communication et elle est très compréhensible. Je recommande fortement Allamanda

Very quiet hotel with an amazing, professional staff from the security guard, the reception desk, the restaurant, to the people who freshened up the rooms on a daily basis. The reception desk has very caring people, and Miss Vivianne (the owner) is an amazing/genuine person who ensures her guests are given everything they desire and will go off site to obtain it. There are plenty of markets closed by and everything is in walking distance. I’d say this is better than most high end hotels in the area because of the family like treatment the guests received at Allamanda. Everything is superb, cleaned, with amazing interior decoration!

This is the third time that I stayed in Allamanda. The hotel employees were very hospitable and nice as always. This time I was given a bigger signle room in the older building. The floor was always very clean and comfortable, while bed-side tables had a bit dusty. Personally I prefer more lightings in the room, as I work with a computer in the room. Nevertheless, room-pricings are very good for its quality, and for many problames in Haiti, they are doing very well. Especially I love the hospitality of the staff.

Not good value hotel

Good accomodation,helpful friendly staff however the accomodation is overpriced for the so-called upmarrket area. The location is amongst over crowed street markets which are extreemely dỉty. Strong wifi, good breakfast

We were so glad we were referred to this hotel! The owners were gracious, and staff was attentive. The property was clean, and in a good location with 2 groceries in close walking distance. Also in very close proximity to some great restaurants that we were able to try, in addition to the excellent one on site (we were in Haiti for a 2-week stay so we wanted to try some local restaurants). We will definitely recommend Allamanda Hotel to others that we know traveling to the area!

My experience at this hotel was fantastic and more than what I expected. Haiti is a poor country and I really did not expect much. But, I was pleasantly surprise by the kindness, the extraordinary service, and the care on fulfilling all my request. I will go back to this hotel again for these reasons: - Free Full Hot Breakfast - Free Wi-Fi - Ground transportation for a very minimal fee - Ability to rent a car right on the hotel ground with chauffeur if needed. I thank all the staff and the owner of Allamanda Hotel for all they have done to make my stay amazing and relax.

Wonderful hotel. The owner Vivienne (possibly wrong spelling) was an AMAZING host. She really looked after us and was INCREDIBLY generous with her time! To be honest, if you are staying in Port-au-Prince, this is really important. A larger hotel would have been an error by missing out on this personal service. We can't recommend this hotel enough. The restaurant/bar area was very good, the rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel in general had a very nice feel.

Very comfortable hotel. Close to good restaurant, pub ... The employees and owners have a good attention to the customers requests. they do what required to accommodate their clients. On Saturdays night dancing takes place with good musics.

Excellent hotel, incredible hotel to stay. I was there for 8 nights and 7 days. I was more than impressed by all the staff and all time ready to help you and help with your needs. Everything was outstanding from the arrival until my departure. This hotel is close of markets, restaurants and many places to visit. The hotel owner Madame Viviane is all time inquiring the visitors about their stay and if they can help us. Their taxi agency is one of the best and their navette airport to hotel and hotel to airport is more than appropriate. For my next trip to Haiti, I have no doubt at all that I will again reserve at Allamanda Hotel. Thank you to all of you for this fantastic week without any problems. You are the best.

Everything was Awesome

Such a great stay here. Everything exceeded my expectations. Staff were friendly and prompt in answering email inquiries for taxi reservations. Very clean by normal standards and exceptionally so for Haiti.

Perfect hotel in Petionville!

My husband and I along with a friend stayed here for one night last week. We had originally booked one room with 2 beds, but when we arrived they informed us unfortunately they didn't have that room available. They were extremely accommodating and offered us 2 single rooms at no extra charge. Everyone was extremely hospitable, and the owner even came over to chat with us while we were at the attached restaurant. The room and facilities were excellent - the best I have stayed in while in Haiti. The restaurant was beautiful and food was pricey but great. The included breakfast was good too! Not a buffet, you order from the menu. The wifi was great for browsing, but slow for downloading. They had hot water, but understandably in limited amounts. It is in perfect walking distance to a number of restaurants and markets as well as a park. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Petionville!

Just one call from Atlanta about my flight arrival time and the driver was the airport waiting with my name boldly written that was awesome. Nice and peaceful hotel food is great available shuttle to move around good for first time visitors
