Great location within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions! Friendly staff!

Had a excellent stay at the Level a month ago. There was a booking mistake from my end and realized that i had booked for a smaller space than what i actually needed and realized only at the time of check-in. A special shout-out to Jeroom, the manager, who assured me ,that she would make sure that i could get accommodation i wanted, despite being told earlier by the staff that none was available due to the World cup crowd. Couldn't be more happier with our stay at the Level, because of the caring nature of Jeroom. Wishing her all the best and i can assure that i will choose the Level every time I'm in Seattle:) Thankyou! Best

The location couldn’t be better. The rooftop deck area has absolutely amazing views. The staff is excellent very professional and accommodating. Parking was nice. They were in the process of minor renovations. New wallpaper in the hallways with new baseboards. I’m always happy to see improvements being made to provide the guests with a fresher experience. The coffee pot in the room is not a favorite of mine but I’m told that the regular pots are available upon request. I’ve stayed at the Mediterranean several times and will stay with them again.

Only stayed one night before our cruise so we didn’t get to take advantage of all the offers. Hotel is perfectly located near pikes place as well as some of the cruise ports. Hotel was very clean and staff was great. We had a breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which was amazing. We did use the rooftop bar because it was nice out and it has a great view. The room was a little small, and our view was a white brick wall with sayings on it.But no big deal.
