Très joli appartement avec une vue magnifique sur le port d'échouage. Très propre et très pratique pour deux personnes. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire, très gentille et accueillante. Le seul point négatif est le couchage, les deux matelas du canapé ne sont pas confortables, il faudrait un canapé avec un meilleur matelas car il faut office de lit.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le studio est parfait pour deux personnes. La ville est vraiment belle.le logement est idéalement placé ( proche commerces, marché..) et une magnifique vue sur la mer.Claudine la propriétaire est très accueillante et sympathique. En un mot, nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Le studio était tout à fait conforme à la description L'accueil de Claudine fut excellent ATTENTION :Le gros avantage c'est d'avoir une place de parking sous l'immeuble , mais il faut venir avec une petite voiture

Claudine est une personne accueillante. Location propre. Je le conseille pour 1 couple .La vue sur la mer est agréable.Le séjour s est bien passé néanmoins je n avais pas prévu les travaux sur Pornichet.La place de parking dans le garage est exigu, une Capture peut y être garée si très bon conducteur.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit gastfreundlicher Vermieterin

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Strand, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hafens und der Markthalle – eine perfekte Lage zum Entspannen und für Ausflüge. Die Wohnung und die gesamte Umgebung sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin Claudine ist äusserst freundlich und liebenswürdig. Ihre Grosszügigkeit und Gastfreundschaft spiegeln sich in vielen Details wider. Wir haben unsere Ferien in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen.

Un charmant petit studio

Le studio de Claudine offre une vue magnifique sur le port de plaisance de Pornichet et la baie de La Baule. Tout y est propre et bien conçu et nous nous y sommes tout de suite bien sentis. Tous les commerces ( notamment Les Halles) sont à deux pas . J‘hésite à vous recommander cet appartement de peur qu‘il soit déjà loué quand nous aurons envie d‘y aller ;-)

Un beau studio très bien équipé

Le logement correspondait tout à fait à mes attentes. Il était très propre, bien aménagé, très fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé. De la terrasse, la vue sur la baie est très appréciable, surtout pour profiter des feux d'artifice du 14 Juillet. La proximité avec le marché et les commerces du centre ville est également très avantageuse. Seul petit bémol, il est difficile de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte la semaine du 14 Juillet, à cause du bruit généré par des fêtards egaillés ou certains véhicules passant dans la rue devant.

L'appartement est trés bien situé à proximité des commerces, de la plage et à 15 mns à pieds de la gare. L'équipement de l'appartement est parfait, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. L'accueil par la propriétaire est sympatique et l'on se sent tout de suite chez soi.

Séjour à Pornichet

L'appartement est idéalement situé, les commerces sont à quelques pas ainsi que la plage. Et les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été excellents, elle est très accueillante et arrangeante, je recommande vivement.
