"Ty Maria" is a typical house, fully renovated, measuring 50 m² on two levels. Upstairs, it has a master suite (140 cm bedding new in January 2024 with full anti-bed bug cover, bagged spring suspensions, memory foam welcome foam, 5 comfort zones + private bathroom, television and balcony) and a room with a single bed and an additional bed in a mezzanine (1m high) that can accommodate up to 4 people.

To make you feel at home, the open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a plunger coffee maker, a toaster, a citrus press, a blender, a kettle, and an intimate access to the terrace. The living-dining room has a television and WIFI connection with fibre. An additional bathroom on the ground floor completes the house. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, a shopping trolley, childcare equipment (high chair and travel cot) and a charcoal barbecue are also available.
