This single-storey house of 73 m², typical of old fishermen's houses, is located in the sought-after "Gourmalon" district where villas, chalets, a chapel and kiosks each tell a story. It comprises three interconnecting double bedrooms, an enclosed garden and a 20m² terrace, thus accommodating up to 6 people.



Please note that its layout is atypical, with "interconnecting" bedrooms (each bedroom leads to another room).

The open-plan kitchen overlooking the lounge and dining room gives direct access to the garden. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, as well as all necessary kitchen equipment. A shower room, two toilets and a utility room with washing machine and a second shower complete the accommodation.

A sheltered outdoor space away from prying eyes allows you to store bicycles or beach equipment.

Also at your disposal is outdoor furniture; table, chairs, sun loungers, sun awning, parasol and charcoal barbecue.

Parking available for one vehicle on the property and public spaces on the street.

An iodine-rich route that you can punctuate with a swim or a tasting of the famous local oysters. Don't leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Mussels of Bouchots from La Plaine sur Mer, the famous Ice creams and jams from "La Fraiseraie", the delicious Pancakes "St-Michel" and don't forget either hot or cold the cheese from Pornic "Le curé Nantais".
