The Petra apartments are located on the ground floor of a family house in the village Susnjici, 10,5 km from Porec and 3,5 km from the nearest restaurant and shop.
Set on this large, partly enclosed property guests have use of a shared pool, 44 sqm in size, and of a wooded area close to the pool and gardens. There is also parking available for several vehicles on site. The owners of the apartments live on the first floor and the property is located next to a pretty busy road.
Apartment Petra 3 is located on the ground floor of the house, has a total living area of 30 sqm and is ideal for 2 guests. It consists of a living room with small kitchen, a breakfast bar for sharing meals and a bedroom with double bed and satellite TV. The modern bathroom has a shower, and there is access to a covered terrace with comfortable furniture, the perfect spot to enjoy an early morning coffee or a cooling drink. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
