"It was not mentioned in advertising / booking but on arrival I was told there was a £20 charge to use the spa for the duratin of my stay. I declined and used the pool only. Neithe was it clear that parking in the road immediately outside the hotel was Free. whereas parking in the hotel a mere 25 ..."

"Good family room. Ac was working fine. No minibar fridge in room. Asked room service to clean the room after 2 night stay and went out but it was untouched when I came back. Breakfast was ok.
