Lovely hotel, amazing views
This hotel was really lovely with a proper authentic Italian feel. The views over the port and the sea were out fo this world and absolutely breathtaking to wake up to. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location wise, the hotel is in a lovely elevated position very close to the port but not for the faint hearted when it comes to the steep climb to its entrance from the waters edge.

This hotel is beautiful. A lovely, clean lobby greets you. The rooms are clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The view from our economy sea view was SPECTACULAR. Very centrally located from the pier. Great experience. Friendly staff.

View to die for!!!
The most beautiful view, breakfast included was very good, staff was helpful. One of our rooms was small and the bathroom smelled of sewer.

The views from the sea view room were phenomenal. The room had an authentic European feel to it. The staff was friendly and helpful and offered to keep our bags the day we checked out since our ferry didn’t leave until 6pm. They also offered us the facilities for the day after we checked out. Breakfast could have included more options but overall, this hotel did not dissapoint.

Basic room, great location
Nice hotel in great location, with a lovely view from breakfast terrace. Breakfast nice with enough choice. Room lacked facilities and basic for the price, however it was clean and air conditioned - fine if you don’t want to spend much time inside! Reception staff a little curt, although one nice member of staff loaned us her personal beach towels when we were informed that we couldn’t take the hotel towels out with us.

We called the hotel 5 minutes before the Ferry arrived and they were there to pick up our luggage in a Jeep. We had a 5 minute walk to the Hotel From check in to check out everything was great. The location is perfect with many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well. The view was spectacular.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel! The staff are amazing!! It made our stay so much better. Added bonuses - the best hair dryer in any hotel we’ve stayed in, a fabulous pool with an incredible view, great breakfast with fabulous coffee and close to the port.

Poderia ser muito melhor mas valeu a pena!
O Torre de Borboni tem uma localização excepcional, no alto de uma encosta, com uma das vistas mais lindas que se pode ter da ilha. É um hotel antigo que precisa de mais manutenção, há muitos espaços que poderiam ser melhor decorados e mantidos. Mas os quartos eram espaçosos,as roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade. TV e frigobar bem antigos, alguns móveis precisando ser trocados. Mas fomos tão bem atendidos pelo staff (Anna, Marco, Alessio e a outra funcionária que foi super gentil conosco também mas esquecemos de pedir o nome!) da recepção que ao fim dos dias que passamos lá acabamos por prestar mais atenção às coisas boas! Não recomendo os aptos dos andares superiores (ficamos no último, no apto da torre) por causa da infinidade de degraus. A piscina é pequena para o porte do hotel e a área em volta poderia tb estar mais bem cuidada mas a vista é a que aparece na foto do anúncio, "to die for". Espero que melhorias sejam feitas porque o hotel merece!

Albergo vecchio e poco pulito, stanze piene di zanzare e bagno con odori nauseanti che arrivano fino in stanza. colazione terrificante, torte confezionate di bassa qualità’ e come frutta rimasugli di anguria acida. Mi hanno fatto pagare una vista mare 100 euro in più per mancata disponibilità di stanze standard, peccato che la vista fosse su una baracca in mezzo alla sterpaglia. Terribile soggiorno

Stupenda la terrazza con piscina (più piccola di quello che appaia), che affaccia su Ponza centro e bella l’atmosfera creata da un rilassante sottofondo di musica jazz. Suggestiva la struttura, che anticamente era una fortificazione borbonica. Ampia ed ariosa la hall, con ricchi spunti storici. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Ambienti puliti. Permanenza estremamente piacevole, nonostante le limitazioni dovute al Covid-19. Consigliatissimo.

Nonostante la gentilezza del personale tutto, e il panorama impagabile, la struttura è fatiscente con lavori in corso di cantiere. Senza telefono in camera, senza ascensore( e per salire in camera tantissimi scalini con un alzata medievale), senza bustine per assorbenti, senza attaccapanni, senza una sedia per sedersi o poggiare qlcs in stanza; al bar non c’era nulla per fare un aperitivo, senza ghiaccio. Arrivavano dopo una lunga chiusura ma con il fiatone. Forse era meglio che i lavori di restauro li facevano con la struttura chiusa. L’hotel inoltre è situato molto in alto sopra il porto anche se la posizione è fantastica, per arrivarci ci sono delle salite pazzesche. Il top è stato quando il giorno della partenza, non ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare una doccia o usare semplicemente un bagno, adducendo alle nuove disposizione Anticovid che però potevano essere rispettate mettendo il personale a disposizione, dopo l’utilizzo, per sanificare. Molto scomodo. Molto delusi.

Vista mozzafiato in ambiente antico
La struttura gode di una ottima posizione in cima da un promontorio. A piedi è un pochino faticoso per i meno allenati, ma il vantaggio della struttura è che offre un servizio gratuito e personalizzato per la movimentazione delle valigie sia all'arrivo sia alla partenza. Non figura sul sito che le camere sono disponibili soltanto dopo le ore 14 (se va bene). Non ci è stato detto al check in che la struttura ha una convenzione con la Cooperativa Barcaioli Ponzesi, ci è stato detto soltanto al check out (!). convenzione che ci avrebbe fatto risparmiare quasi 10 € per una gita effettuata nei giorni passati. Colazione abbondante, anche se i tavoli all'esterno vengono puliti non subito e chi desidera fare colazione fuori si deve accontentare di farlo all'interno della torre. Personale gentile e sorridente, colazione abbondante, camere pulite e con mobili recenti. Non vi sono ascensori, non è consigliato a ospiti con mobilità ridotta. La piscina (di piccole dimensioni) viene pulita ogni mattina e vi sono alcuni lettini e ombrelloni a disposizione.

Bel hotel con camere poco sfruttate e posizione bellissima. Il grosso problema è che si trova nella zona del e bisogna camminare parecchio per raggiungere macchina o autobus. Con poche migliorie potrebbe diventare il miglior hotel di Ponza.

Posizione splendida anche se la strada per raggiungere l'hotel è decisamente dissestata. La salita di sente ma è abbastanza breve. Struttura affascinante. Camere e bagni un po' piccoli. No bidet (almeno nella nostra stanza). Rubinetteria del lavabo da rinnovare. Gestione in generale volenterosa ma un po' poco professionale. In camera, WiFi ondivago. Colazione nella media.

Stannade en natt. Fick checka in tidigare, trevlig serviceinriktad personal. Rummet hade en liten balkong vilket var ett plus. Det var rent men omodernt. Det fungerade bra som medelhotell. Stor vacker allmän terrass med fantastisk utsikt över havet och inloppet. Poolen var inte ’nedgrävd’ vilket var en besvikelse, men det gick ju bra att bada i den. (Bilder kan ljuga) Hotellet och stora terrassen såg tjusigare ut på bilderna på bokningssajten än vad de var i verkligheten. Nöjda ändå med vår enda natt här.

Albergo con splendida vista sul mare. Camere miseramente arredate. Non ci sono sedie, armadi o mobili dove poter mettere le proprie cose. Bagno piccolo, lavandino altrettanto piccolo. Cuscini dei divanetti dove si fa colazione sporchi. Sicuramente ci sono aspetti da migliorare soprattutto se si chiede quel prezzo.

L’hotel si trova in un punto strategico dell’isola a ridosso del porto. La terrazza panoramica con piscina e’ incantevole. La colazione è ricca e abbondante, il personale e’ cortese e gentile. Le noti dolenti sono rappresentate dalla struttura vetusta in fase di ristrutturazione, le stanze sono piccole e la nostra che affacciava sulla strada particolarmente rumorosa.
