From the outset the reception was chaotic with lots of noisey people. I had to queue for self check-in. The Grand Hotel Swansea
The staff were great, but the room was disappointing, the pictures made it look bigger and luxurious. Our room was above the bar so the music was loud and we had either thin pillows or lumpy pillows, so my neck ached in the morning
