"The staff is very attentive and helpful. They remember your preferences after just one day. If you have a balcony in May, it can be a great experience to enjoy your breakfast there. Very walkable as most stores, restaurants, etc are within a 10 minute or less walk."

"Staff was excellent, but the main reason I wanted to stay there was because I thought it had an onsite bar and restaurant (which it did, but we were discouraged from using). The hotel was still in a state of disrepair (maintenance crew and noise). Because it was so new, there weren't many people there, which was a bummer.
