"Staff were fantastic."

"This place is basic and fine for an overnight stay for the airport (quite close and convenient). The front desk got us a taxi in 2 minutes at 5am and had a breakfast to-go waiting for us. Not the newest of places, but was fine. Only real negative was that the traffic noise was a bit loud and the air conditioning was not operating, as they don't turn it on until may and (in mid-April) it was quite warm and we had to sleep with windows wide open and a fan. That made the noise more of a problem. A nearby restaurant called Linger was quite good, BTW."

"Good 1 night stay close to the airport for an early flight. Good size room with ac that worked well. Staff were friendly at check in. Shower is tiny, not enough outlets in the room to charge your phone etc, and strong scent (cleaner, air freshener) in the room but can be aired out."

"It's fine. If you need a place to lay your head before a flight, go for it. But a couple important things to know: the onsite restaurant is breakfast-only (despite being listed as "open 24/7" online), and the area is a total food desert. If you don't have a car, you're pretty much screwed food-wise. You're going to want to go grocery-shopping before checking in, or get ready to Deliveroo a lot. Also, your room won't come with a fridge unless you book "premium". And even then, it's just a fridge and coffee maker, no microwave. But I want to reiterate that it's a totally passable place if you just need someplace to sleep before your flight at Amerigo Vespucci. Clean enough, very friendly staff."

"If you enjoy peace, tranquillity, the Italian countryside, and an ethos that embraces sustainability (without any compromise on a luxury experience) then this is your spirit home away from home. The facility and surrounding countryside is stunning. The staff are exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable about the produce and the experience on offer. The food was outstanding in both the restaurants, and the fact that all produce used in the restaurants is sourced from no more than 20 miles away (although most is self produced on the property) is testament to the outstanding chefs working there. The pool was beautiful, the rooms were luxurious without being over the top. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was great and the whole complex was always spotlessly clean. I cannot speak highly enough about this little piece of heaven on earth. If you like partying this isn’t the place for you. But if you are looking for a place to wind down and enjoy the peace and some beautiful food, then you won’t be able to help but love it here. "

"The hotel was very clean and safe. The on site parking allowed us to park the vehicle and use the public transit which was very near the hotel. Check in and check out was very easy. "
