Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. "They ofter a cheap, no thrills, alternative to hotels. I work on my computer as I travel and they have a comfortable chair, big desk and super fast internet. There’s reasonable cooking facilities and big areas to relax in. It’s not the Hilton but their internet is faster and it’s more suitable for work. "

"The place was good and the on site staff were helpful but the overall experience from Hotels.com was terrible and made the whole trip unpleasant. The accommodation don’t answer the phone and Hotel.com have appalling customer service and just don’t care what happens after they take your money, they openly admit that they have NO complaints procedure and that they do not abide by Data Protection law.
