Villa 290 Luxurious Reconverted Farmhouses w/ Pool

Set within a 210 acre wine estate in the hills within easy reach of the old roman town of Ponte de Lima, we arrive at this beautiful wine producing property. In the centre of the property, boasts two self-catering stone farmhouses which have both been fully renovated in the year 2020.



The perfect balance has been created by the owners, preserving the original features while incorporating 21st century comforts such as air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, large, bright and airy living areas, excellent al fresco dining terrace with barbecue and private swimming pool.

The guests' accommodation is set in the 2 farmhouses and the main house is occasionally used by the owners. The guests' accommodation is completely independent with privacy.



Farmhouse (Larger building sleeping up to 10 people)



Lower floor: Fully fitted modern open plan kitchen with dining table and doors opening onto a south facing terrace ideal for alfresco meals. Comfortable and tastefully decorated living room with TV. Guest toilet. Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms each with an ensuite shower room. Large family suite with double bed and flight of steps leading to a mezzanine floor with 2 individual beds making the room suitable for 4 people. Private shower room.



Cottage (smaller building sleeping up to 4 people)



Lower floor: Open plan living / dining area with comfortable seating and fully fitted kitchen. Guest toilet. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room.



Upper floor: Double bedroom with ensuite shower room.



Exterior



Spacious terraces and a widely spread lawn where guests can enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and vineyard. Barbecue terrace perfect for al fresco dining.



The private swimming pool of 12 X 6 metres. The depth is from 1.10 to 2 metres. The pool can be heated at the extra cost of 250 Euros per week.

Being a fully functional agricultural / wine estate guests might see workers on the estate who are all aware of the holiday accommodation and respect their privacy.

Annual family holiday

Loved the villa with its beautiful swimming pool and fantastic BBQ area. As a family of 3 grown up children with 8 grandchildren the house and cottage suited our needs well. Unbelievable value for money We could have done with a few more sun loungers around the pool as we were a large group but this did not impact on our wonderful holiday

We liked everything. This house is an amazing secluded hidden gem. We had the best time with two families and a total of 9 without annoying each other. The pool was superb. I almost don’t feel like leaving a review to keep this secret to myself!!!!

Magnifique!

Bonjour Le lieu etait magnifique au milieu des vignes avec aucun vis a vis . La maison est ancienne mais tres bien restaurer avec tout les equipements moderne . La piscine est tres grande ainsi que le lieu de vie exterieur avec le barbecue sont vraiment le coeur de la maison. Je recommande la Quinta pour des familles ou des groupes d amis . Tout le monde y trouveras son plaisir. Damien (FR)
