  • Located on the second floor, this 115 m² apartment offers bright interiors and beautiful valley views. The double bedroom has three large panoramic windows and an en-suite bathroom, providing a relaxing, private setting.



    The spacious, welcoming living room has a dining area, a kitchenette and two sofa beds to accommodate more guests, plus a second bathroom serving the living area.



    Set among vineyards and olive groves in Chianti Rufina, the apartment offers access to a beautiful pool with panoramic views, ideal for relaxing in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.



    Fans are available at reception and provided immediately on request, up to two per accommodation unit. We are considering additional cooling solutions for the spring–summer 2027 season.

    Nestled in the heart of Chianti Rufina, Fattoria di Basciano is a peaceful oasis in the Tuscan countryside. The apartments are set inside a restored 13th-century tower, surrounded by the estate’s vineyards and olive groves. Among cypress trees and vines, a panoramic pool overlooks the valley—perfect for relaxing moments. The pool is open from June 1 to September 30.



    Basciano is an authentic place where history and nature meet, ideal for those seeking tranquility while exploring the area. Nearby, you can enjoy trekking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.



    Florence is just 25 km away and easily reached, as are Siena, Arezzo, and Pistoia. The nearby village of Rufina offers all essential services, while Pontassieve, a few kilometers away, provides a wider range.
