Perfect Small Group Getaway

Absolutely gorgeous and pristine lodging tucked away in the hills just 30 minutes north of Florence. Our family stayed here for a week during our wedding and they didn’t want to leave. The residence is in a secure gated entrance, the property is modern, clean and spacious, and the outside - beautiful pool, open yard, and patio for late night conversation with wine. Owner and manager were friendly and had great communication which made the overall stay even better than five stars!

A hidden gem

This villa was great for the family. Hidden off the beaten track it is a tricky one to find initially but once there you are secluded and quiet. The villa had everything you could ask for and we were made extremely welcome upon our arrival. The kids loved the pool and garden making lots of use of it. We would recommend it but you need to be aware that everything is a drive away (shops, restaurant and train station)

The house was great. Very clean. It had everything we needed and anything we didn’t have, the owners quickly sorted. The location is great with many little restaurants dotted around and only 30 minutes to Florence. Would love to stay there again if the pool was warmer.

The house and property were perfect for our family and friends. It was well stocked and the pool and outdoor sitting area were lovely. Madusha and Madu were extremely communicative and helpful! If we find ourselves outside of Florence again we will return.

What a lovely place to be!!

Our family stayed here for a week, place is fantastic and we felt very at home. All facilities very good, in a lovely area with decent restaurants located nearby. Only slight negative is that it’s not the easiest place to access, this was discussed with the owner on checkout who appeared to take the feedback onboard which is an always a good sign. Other than that, would be happy to recommend and also stay again!!

Belle demeure dans un magnifique écrin de verdure

Merveilleuse semaine avec nos enfants dans cette charmante maison dans un écrin de verdure et au calme. Nos hôtes nous ont reçus avec gentillesse et discrétion et sont restés toujours à notre écoute et prêts à nous aider pour l organisation de nos déplacements dans la région et répondre à nos besoins. La maison est bien équipée, la decoration est soignée. A notre arrivée nous avons eu la surprise d’avoir à notre disposition quelques produits locaux et de première nécessité, très pratique et très appréciable après un long voyage !

Belles prestations

Il s’agit d’un bel ensemble : maison, terrasse, jardin, piscine avec des prestations de qualité (mobilier intérieur et extérieur, équipement général, climatisation…). Un service de nettoyage est inclus 3 fois par semaine ce qui est très agréable. Le couple de gérant habite à proximité et répond rapidement aux questions et demandes. Tous les « produits de première nécessité » sont présents à l’arrivée : un vrai confort. La proximité avec une autre villa n’a pas été une source de désagrément car la disposition des lieux fait qu’il n’y a aucun vis-à-vis. Ainsi, sur deux semaines, nous n’avons jamais été dérangés par les occupants de la villa voisine. Les indications pour trouver la maison pourraient être plus précises. Enfin, le jardiner devrait réduire un peu l'arrosage : la pelouse et les fleurs sont magnifiques mais les moustiques apprécient particulièrement l’eau... Je recommande ce lieu, nous y avons passé de très belles vacances.

Dejligt hus - flot udsigt - lækkert pool og lounge område

Meget venligt “bestyrer” par. Diverse købmandsvarer for free, da vi ankom. Rengøring 3 gange om ugen. Lidt for tæt på anden villa - larm. Akavet tilgang til huset gennem gårdspladsen på andet hus. Meget svært at finde, og ingen instruktioner givet på forhånd. Langt fra alt. Lækkert ude område ( pool og lounge). Alt i alt dejligt
