There was no hair dryer in the room and it took three attempts with the non-English speaking receptionists to borrow one. Douglas on reception who spoke English was very helpful but wasn’t there often. He said the rooms were recently refurbished but they didn’t seem like it. The bar was very poorly stocked-no white wine and no Bohemia or Eisenbahn beer."
