"The Neat Hotel is well situated and walking distance to the "Portas da Cidade" and great restaurants nearby. We arrived before check-in; process was quick and easy. Was told our room may be ready before check-in and offered to hold our luggage while we explored. When we got back the room was ready (earlier than expected). Room was clean and expected of a hotel room. Breakfasts were good and plenty of food. Staff was very nice and courteous. Always acknowledged our presence and answered any questions we had. Check-out was just as seamless and quick and again an offer to hold luggage. This is my second visit to the island and two different hotels. Each comparable and absolutely no complaints about either. I would definitely recommend Neat to anyone needing hotel accommodations in Sao Miguel."
