Close to the Gorges de l'Ardèche, quiet with its heated pool & SPA. its pool house and its Pergola as well as its carport.
In Occitanie, in Gard close to many tourist sites. Aiguèze (classified village). The Chauvet-Pont-D'arc cave, Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche and its canoe trip. The Cèze Valley, and its waterfalls, Le Pont du Gard, Orange, Avignon, Nîmes, Vaison-la-Romaine. The crocodile farm, The sea at 1 h 15.

The Pavilion is designed for 6 people (1 bed in 160, 2 beds in 90 and 1 sofa bed in 140). WIRELESS. Possibility of taking one of our 2 packages at your disposal.

Lovely villa

The property was everything we needed for an extremely last minute week away. The only problem was the hot tub didn’t actually seem to work and the pool wasn’t very well heated this didn’t stop us from enjoying and making the most of it.

Super vacances d’été 2024 en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants de moins de 6 ans). Énormément de balades autour de Pont-Saint-Esprit, la région est très jolie (plages sur rivière, grottes, villages typiques…). La maison est très bien équipée, super fonctionnelle, et la piscine est bien sécurisée. Les hôtes sont charmants et disponibles. NB : prévoir des bonnes protections anti moustiques, ils sont coriaces dans la région depuis quelques années.

Maison parfaite

Il y a des maisons de vacances ou dès que l'on arrive sur place on se sent bien et c'est le cas. Cette maison était parfaite sous tous les angles, la piscine est top et l'intérieur est très bien organisé et une propreté irréprochable. Les propriétaires sont des gens très généreux ,très à l'écoute, discret et très réactif pour le moindre petit problème. Bref c'est une maison que je recommanderais les yeux fermés.

Villa chaleureuse et bien agencée

Logement en Ardèche très confortable

Pavillon parfaitement situé au confluent de l'Ardèche et du Rhone et tout près des gorges de l'Ardèche. Maison très confortable et propre avec un jardin répondant à tous les besoins des vacanciers (même des plus jeunes). L'accueil des propriètaires était très chaleureux et leurs connaissances des environs nous ont permi de découvrir des bons restaurants.

Traumziel für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern

Der Bungalow ist liebevoll gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Klimaanlage, Sitzgelegenheiten, Grillmöglichkeit, Betten, Zimmer, zwei Bäder mit Duschen, WLAN, Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder) und liegt auch ideal für viele nahe Ausflusziele (Höhlen, Ardèchetal, Nähe zu Orange, Nimes, Pont-du-Gard etc.). Das Raum- und Gartenkonzept mit dem beheizten Swimmingpool und Whirlpool ist gut durchdacht und auch an heißen Tagen sind angenehme Schattenplätze für alle Personen und auch das Auto vorhanden. Der Pool ist gut gepflegt und die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich (Erfrischung im Kühlschrank bei Anreise, frische Tomaten und Kräuter aus dem eigenen Garten), unaufdringlich und sehr zuverlässig was sämtliche Absprachen betrifft. Auch die Überweisung und Hinterlegung und Rücküberweisung der Kaution erfolgte ohne Probleme. Für einen Familienurlaub gerade in Covid-Zeiten mit dem Bedürfnis nach einer kleinen unabhängigen Wohlfühloase ohne Hotel- und Buffetdrängeleien eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder. Herzlichen Dank an die sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber.

Vacances en famille au top

Grâce aux explications reçues par avance, l'arrivée se fait facilement. Les échanges avec les propriétaires sont faciles. Ils sont par ailleurs très gentils. La résidence est dans un endroit calme. Il y a tout sur place. La piscine est vraiment top et appréciée des enfants. On profite vraiment des espaces extérieurs pour les repas ou pour se poser. Il y a une supérette à proximité (2 mn à pieds), ça dépanne. Bref, un bon endroit, une belle maison, pour poser ses valises.

Parfaitement adapté aux enfants en bas âge

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le pavillon est parfaitement adapté aux enfants en bas âge. Le jardin est bien compartimenté en plusieurs espaces : piscine chauffée fermée par des barrières, espace de jeu pour enfant (petite maison et toboggan), pool house avec canapé abrité sous un toit... notre fils a pu jouer sans danger dans le jardin. L’intérieur est également propre et fonctionnel, très bien équipé. Seul petit bémol : le spa qui ne fonctionne pas bien
