The biggest issue with this property is the noise from the traffic from a main roadway next to the hotel. The noise went well into the night even though we were on the 35th floor. The hotel did provide air plugs upon request.

I had a fantastic stay at Oakwood Premier Cozmo! The room was clean and very comfortable, making it a perfect retreat. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience.
The amenities were great, and the food was delicious. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

The food was great and had a wide variety (Indonesian, Western, and Japanese). The staff worker, Chelsia, was a huge help and also made our dinning experience much better. She was very kind and patient as she explained the food options and helped with any concerns with the food. Chelsia was also willing to make accomodations with the chef especially since one of our family members had a serious nut allergy. Other staff were very helpful as well. In summary, our dinning experience was a 5/5.
