"Horrible staff members, they were super rude. One came to my room door knocking super hard being rude, because supposedly he got a complaint of us being loud when we were already in bed watching movies and my 4 year old sleeping and waking her up, then he comes and says “I’m not saying is you guys but if we get another complaint we were gonna have a serious problem” like that’s super rude and unprofessional. Just assuming and then coming to knock on our door like crazy and waking up my daughter."

"The hot breakfast was served after 30 minutes when the breakfast is served during our stayed for 2 days. The receptionist said the person In charge take the bus at 7 but breakfast should be open at 6:30 on weekday. Never seen this before in other hotels we stayed."

"The hotel has declined over the years. I had trouble with certain amenities. The floor under the sink was not clean as I drop something and it rolled under the sink. As I went to retrieve my item, it was full of hair and dirt. The hotel staff seemed frustrated when asked for more towels and pillows since our stay was longer I constantly had to go down stairs for more items. Breakfast was not great it’s the same heat up food everyday with power eggs. I use to like this place, but I believe this will be my last stay."

"The property was not well kept. All the garbage cans were overflowing with trash everywhere the lobby outside the property. They advertise come and relax with their indoor pool, which has been closed for two years so they need to take it off there message when you call the facility."

"The cabin we stayed it was unique, but lots of walking from your car on a slanted walkway. Shared den and the room smelled heavily of smoke from the inner fireplace. Small room and tiny old bathroom. Not what we were expecting from the pictures. Received an odd email about checkin but nothing told us the building near our cabin (room) was closed and we had to drive to the big building elsewhere. Very soft bed. Windows in cabin look out to where everyone walks. Bit of an odd setup unless you have friends renting the pther rooms in the cabin. Maybe better in-season. The area is lovely so we'll be back but not to this hotel."
