"Overall a nice experience but be careful of Oceanview and Oceanfront. Oceanview is the lower tier and will yield you a view of the back of the harbor (dirty) and parking lot. The ocean sits on the left but you have to be at the rightmost corner of your window."

"This resort was the best. The beach, the water, pool, shops, restaurant (RumFire), rooms… just perfect. Such a clean place. Our view was breathtaking. I plan on staying here again next time we visit Oahu."
The Twin Fin Hotel

"Everything in this place was basically the landlord special covered up paint metal on the room. Nothing was ever easy with them. It was always a hassle to get our room cleaned or even to get towels because they only do every other day service when we asked to have our room cleaned the day before we left. They told us that they would try, but there wouldn’t be any promises. Also, if you plan to be out most of the day there’s a pretty good chance that they won’t get to your room elevators are designed so badly they take forever a lot of hidden fees not even talking about the resort fees. The only good thing about this hotel was the restaurant."

"I had reservations for 4 people. I didn't like that they tried to charge me more $$ than my reservation. I think it is a Hawaii thing, because the Hotel in Kona AND Thrifty Car Rental also tried the same shenanigans. I liked the view, and I loved that the beach and the zoo are in close walking distance. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to enjoy the balcony since the Party next door was OUT Of Control. Breakfast was great and the staff is wonderful."

"Hotel was nice but not special. The furniture was run down but there was a lot of space in the junior suite. Pool was ok but not great and no beach view. I also requested an ocean front and hot ocean view. Wouldn’t stay again despite location is right in the center."
