Benchmark in Polynesia

"Resort fees are way out of line - can stay just up the street at Hyatt Place for cheaper resort fee, much nicer hotel, and Hyatt offers a free breakfast bar which changes daily and truly is a great breakfast. For a small selection of food Twin Fin charges $55 per room. Getting nickeled and dimes to death on everything, and overcharged at that takes the fun. Out of vacation "

"Perfect place across the street from the beach with various restaurants and shops within walking distance. Love that you are able to get towels, chairs and toys for the beach that you have to return by the end of the day. Cleaning staff did a great job cleaning the room while we enjoyed the city and sea."

"The hallways were horrendous and the shower had mold. The bed was very old and creaky. We only stayed here because my daughter was sick just before our flight and needed a place to stay until the next flight. They did let us extend our check in very late and were accommodating when she got sick at check-in. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone however. "

"This hotel was so great, the staff was super nice & helpful. Breakfast was good, the fact they provide towels, beach chairs and float boards was so awesome. They even kept our luggage after check out so we could enjoy our last day! It was honestly an amazing experience. Make sure you stay on Wednesday or Friday for the lei making class, these ladies are so great!"

"Always a go to place for me to stay when coming home, but they must address the elevator issues as there were lines that could last up to 15-20mins for you to get on one. Escalators were down with no other options. Hoping they can resolve this, but I’ll be back because of the location."

"We stayed at this property two years ago, which is why we chose to book it again. The breakfast is excellent, but since it’s complimentary, it tends to get very crowded. The front office staff were professional and welcoming, which made our stay more enjoyable. Parking costs $50 per day, which is understandable given that it’s a tourist area. However, one evening we had to drive all the way up and back down because no parking spots were available, which was quite disappointing. After that experience, we decided to park the car by 5:00 PM each day and use Uber to get to restaurants, which worked out much better. Overall nice place and price point."

"Best Hotel stay ever ! Ocean view room with Balcony was perfect! Clean rooms! The location of Sheraton is perfect. The pool and jacuzzi was great! Beach access was nice. This Sheraton Resort is number one ! "
