The staff were so kind and helpful. .we really enjoyed our stay including the excellent breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel, it's great for families.

We loved staying at the Occidental Ljubljana. The rooms were spotless and the location is excellent - steps away from old town. However, one caution is that the bathroom is not a traditional layout. The sink is fully open and visible to anyone in the room (no walls at all) and the shower and toilet are in separate stalls. If you prefer to change in the bathroom or use the sink in private, it is a bit difficult in this bathroom layout. But other than that, it is an excellent hotel.

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Spa services are excellent, I highly recommend you book a massage during your stay. The outdoor pool with the view of the Julien alps was the incredible. Also within a short walk to town or to various outdoor activities. Highly recommend."
