"Hotel was far from the main road on a gravel street. Long walk. Also the stairs were uneven and marble so slippery when wet. The rooms only had sliding glass doors that were difficult to close and a few times the maids left it unlocked . There is no soap dish or rack in the shower so you have to put the soap on the floor. Air conditioning worked well . Tv only had two English channels . Safe was not nailed or secured down. Staff was very nice . "

The staff is very nice and will arrange any kinds of activity you want to do or a driver. I would definitely stay here again."

The hotel is located along the main road to West End, and can be somewhat noisy with loud motor bikes, but this noise level would be the same at other properties as well. The shower water was decently hot and the shower was a large walk-in type. The room fridge worked, and there was no microwave. Filtered water was available in the office. "The property was lovely, there were very limited food options this time of year with the restaurant and bar being open only a couple hours at a time, and the kitchen not stocking the food on the menu. Totally understandable as it’s off-season, but makes it more challenging to stay on a property without restaurants or markets in the area. Staff were friendly, generous, and lovely to get to know."

"The "Ocean" rooms smelled of sewage terribly due to proximity to the Marina. Had to move to garden area. Once we did the room was great. Staff is super helpful and kind. Good dining options. Can't say enough about how great the staff was. Rooms are slightly outdated and seemed old, but fine. Bed was comfortable and clean."
