The Gîte de l'Eau Claire & Its Annex

Nestled in the heart of the Champagne wine region, the village lies between the Seine River and the vineyards and offers everything you need for peace and relaxation. The cottage is located in a traditional house and its annex, built of local stone—ideal for two couples or parents and teenagers, ensuring everyone has their own privacy. This cottage will charm you with its contemporary, cosy atmosphere. On the ground floor of the main house, you’ll find a well-designed living area with a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room, a dining area, and a sitting area with a fireplace (with the option of two additional sleeping spots on the sofa bed), all leading out to a spacious terrace. Upstairs, there is a 23-square-meter master suite featuring a 180x200 electric bed and a bathroom (shower and sink) with a separate toilet. In a separate annex (not connected to the main house), you’ll find a double bedroom (160x200 bed) with a bathroom (shower and sink), a TV, and a separate toilet. Outside, there is a fenced, wooded lot of 2,000 m² with an interior courtyard where you can park your vehicles safely. Heating, electricity, table linens, bath linens, firewood, and Wi-Fi are included in the price of your stay, and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
