Nautilux Rethymno by Mage Hotels

Nautilux Rethymno by Mage Hotels

8/10 Good
"Over all hotel is nice , Everyone working here was nice and kind . Anyhow for 5 star hotel shower enclosure is only 2 starsā€¦. It is no door from living area to the bathroom,so it is crazy cold when you get out from the shower, and enclosure itself is ridiculously uncomfortable, Other thing -guests are allowed to smoke in a balcony,no separation between smoking and nonsmoking rooms,so you will smell disgusting cigarette smoke all day longā€¦ Also -5 star hotel does not have heated pool ,so October 12 th pool temperature was 15 degrees Celsius-that is absolutely ridiculousā€¦please invest some money for your pool heating,so guests, who paid for 5 star hotel can enjoy it ā€¦"
