"-We were given a back side room and we needed to pay to upgrade to the front side. -The front side room was great but the back side room was not good at all. -Breakfast was great with a lot of option. -We took half board and the dinner was ok, it was not outstanding. -The property was amazing otherwise. Very quite and peaceful. -Great Views from the property. -We got a 10 mins massage complimentary which was great. -We also got a complimentary glassbottom boat tour and that was great too....

My husband and I did all inclusive and would get takeaway drinks from there after dinner, the staff came across as rude and unpleasant. All the other staff was lovely. One in particular at the bar near the ocean was incredibly kind. "
