"The check-in process was easy, the room was very close to the main lodge. Our room was very clean and well-appointed. Some of the USB plugs built in to the nightstand were broken, but otherwise everything in the room worked as intended. Other amenities such as the ice maker were very close to the room and easy to access, and access to the park buses was a short 2-3 minute walk from our door."

"Property was large and had lots of amenities. Pools were freezing. Both indoor and outdoor room was poorly vacuumed. I was looking at fingernails from the previous guest between the bed and the nightstand .alarms woke us up on Sunday morning. Nothing was comped for that inconvenience other than thanks for your patience Bowling alley wasn’t working. restaurant staff were very friendly and nice, but the food definitely needs to be updated. Beautiful location and conveniently located to the entrance to the national park. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very inconvenient and wasn’t designed properly."
