"Our room was very dark and dated but clean. On our 2nd day they changed the towels but didn’t make the bed. The Tavern Restaurant was a disappointment. Very crowded. We ate outside and liked the fire pit. They brought our queso & chips right away but it took a very long time to get our chicken quesadillas. They only had just a few pieces of chicken in them and were just lukewarm. The waiter was very nice and tried hard to give good service. We ate the breakfast buffet the next day. Food was good there but expensive."

6/10 Okay
"Property was large and had lots of amenities. Pools were freezing. Both indoor and outdoor room was poorly vacuumed. I was looking at fingernails from the previous guest between the bed and the nightstand .alarms woke us up on Sunday morning. Nothing was comped for that inconvenience other than thanks for your patience Bowling alley wasn’t working. restaurant staff were very friendly and nice, but the food definitely needs to be updated. Beautiful location and conveniently located to the entrance to the national park. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very inconvenient and wasn’t designed properly."
"We stayed here for 2 nights. Location was ideal, right outside the park. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the room was better than expected. Loved it"
"Worst view we’ve ever had. We were looking at heating and air units on a roof. Luckily we’d seen the Grand Canyon that day earlier. Breakfast selections were limited and soooo crowded. I’m so glad I wasn’t visiting in the summer months. !!!"
