"We were given a terrible room for our first of two nights. When we complained they said they would change it for the second night. Guillermo, the manager, was very helpful and gave us a beautiful room for the second night. They dropped the ball but they also picked it up. Also—We had dinner at the location next to lobby. Food needs help. Staff VERY nice but food was substandard."
