"Noisy and a very unpleasant experience with regard to our request several days before arriving regarding a quiet room. I had mentioned in my first message that we had a bad experience at a previous hotel and would like a quiet room on a higher floor. I further reiterated our request when we checked in. I was assured by the front desk at check in that it was a quiet room. I further asked if the first floor room was located above any kitchen area or high use area. I was told that it was not. In fact, the room was located on the first floor above a noisy service door/area and parking garage. We heard constant banging until 10pm at night then it started again at 5:00am. We were moved to a room on the second floor which was also very noisy. Some of that noise we realized was coming from the elevator, one of which also had issues while we’re there. We had to wait hours in our move to another room which basically wasted a big chunk "

"The Staff was great. The room was not. The TV did not work. Tried everything but it wouldn’t let me connect to the Internet or broadcast from my phone. The first day, my towel smelled like vinegar, the second day my towel had stains on them. The room was also really really warm and I always had to play around with the thermostat. The phones in the room did not seem to work properly. Multiple times I called the front desk and it will ring and the one time they picked up they couldn’t hear me and kept saying “hello, hello” and you can’t say it’s because of language barrier because I speak French. The “restaurant” options were quite limited for dinner. I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t speak on that. With that said, the staff was nice but the hotel could’ve been better. "
