Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist einzigartig und das Castello hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

The Castle was a fantastic experience dipping you into 1000 years if Tuscan history and culture

Nicola was a welcoming and efficient host responding quickly to enquiries and needs. The castle is a great Tuscan experience in a beautiful location throwing you back in time. We rented the entire property that offered needed air conditioning needed during a very hot spell and a perfectly refreshing pool. Nicola arranged beautiful dinners on the terrace overlooking the Tuscan hills as we sampled wine made from Sangiovese grapes from the property. The location is less than 30-60 minutes from Siena , Florence , Greve and minutes from San Gimignano. Pisa, Luca and Montepulciano at just over an hour away are also close day trips. Only caution I would make is that the beds are not that comfortable and quite hard. Otherwise a great experience in a central location and a fantastic place to experience Tuscany

Toller Urlaub im Toskanaschloss

Wir haben zu siebt eine absolut tolle Woche in Nicolas Schloss verbracht. Uns haben die Schlossatmosphäre, die Umgebung mit Blick auf Weinreben und Zypressen, der riesige Pool, die verschiedenen Terrassen und die rustikal-charmanten Räume super gefallen. Die Badezimmer könnten vielleicht mal ein Update vertragen, aber insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Mit Nicola haben wir den Poolbereich geteilt. Meistens waren wir jedoch unter uns. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert und er hat sich um alles gekümmert, inklusive guter Restauranttipps im Ort Poggibonsi, in den man vom Schlosshügel hinunterspazieren kann. Der Rückweg kann dann etwas schweißtreibend sein, aber noch machbar. Alles sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern. I Veroni ist das größte Zimmer mit 2 privaten Terrassen. Die anderen Räume sind etwa gleich, unten gibt es einen schönen privaten eingemauerten Außenbereich. Der Turm ist klein, aber sehr charmant. Insgesamt ein wirklich besonderer Ort und ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Grazie mille!
