"I came back here after a great stay in May. I was here for the weekend for and Ironman race. The hotel is close enough without being right next to it. I got in early and asked for an early check in and they worked hard to get me one. I was able to get in and had a great room on the first floor which close parking access and ability to get in on the side so I didn’t have to go through the front lobby. The hotel was hosting a wedding on top of all of the guests like myself and I must say the staff does a great job handling everything while making you feel like you are top priority. I was able to have dinner at Elsie’s daughter and had a wonderful meal at the bar the night before my race, the venue was buzzing yet it never felt chaotic. My only requests for future guests: 1 - have a pen in each room, it is usually a hotel staple and I needed to write, I will say the hotel staff took care of me. 2 - a microwave somewhere on property to use. To warm up food or make popcorn even if it was just one in the lobby. Overall great, I’ll be back."
